Big Group X The Girls Network

The challenge:

Big Group wanted to reward employees for the energy and all the hard work in recent months. They were looking for a fun experience that at the same time helps people to foster relationships and value each others strengths.

One of the key requirements was to involve all departments.

The solution:

We paired the agency with a truly purposeful and inspiring charity, The Girls Network, that operates all over the UK.

The team building program was built around a task that required all disciplines to work together - account management, production, strategy and creatives teamed up to work on a social media strategy and templates for the charity.

The outcome:

👉 All participants said they felt inspired by the chosen charity and immersing themselves deeper into one of the biggest societal movements: female empowerment and mentoring.

👉 9/10 participants said they worked with people they haven’t work closely with before and formed new friendships.

👉 The developed social media strategy has been implemented and The Girls Network gained a bunch of new followers on their social channels.

👉 The agency decided to offer a monthly session to the charity in which employees can volunteer and support the charity moving forward.

'The event was fast-paced and well run, with nobody dominating the time and everybody contributing equally. It felt really collaborative, and that sense of camaraderie and purpose brought out the best in us.'
